I'm Maddie Christal—wife, mom of two, founder of Christal Property Group, full-time broker, and passionate real estate professional proudly serving Northeast Missouri.

I began my real estate career in the spring of 2022 and quickly discovered that real estate was more than a career for me—it was an opportunity to serve people, build lasting relationships, and make a meaningful impact in the communities I call home. Since then, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of families, individuals, and investors navigate buying, selling, and investing in real estate.

In the spring of 2025, I took the next step in my career and founded Christal Property Group, a modern, community-rooted brokerage built on trust, integrity, hard work, and hands-on support. My goal has always been to create an experience that feels different—for both our clients and our agents—by combining personalized service with strong marketing, innovative tools, local expertise, and real-time guidance.

Born and raised in Ralls County and now deeply connected to the Hannibal area, Northeast Missouri isn't just where I work—it's home. That local knowledge and genuine love for our communities are at the heart of the way I do business.

Outside of real estate, my most important roles are being a wife and mom of two. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I've worked hard to build a business that reflects those values while creating opportunities for growth, connection, and service to others.
